Long story short I went to this o reilly’s and jerell went above and beyond to get me the help that I needed. He sent someone to assist me and replace the valve in my tire (definitely not something I could have fixed on my own). I did not have to hunt down a tow truck or spend an ungodly amount of money on parts I didn’t know how to use or labor from people who knew they could take advantage of my ignorance (I know nothing about cars except how to change a tire, and, wouldn’t you know it, they make cars that aren’t equipped with spares anymore).
