"I’ve been in this store on multiple occasions and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ve found the sales staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and willing to tell about their experiences with different products. They always check to make sure that the merchandise works so that customers leave happy. I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the variety of merchandise available. I’ve also noticed that the cashiers maintain a professional demeanor even with belligerent customers. I have never felt uncomfortable in this store. They have something for everyone, check it out."

"I just went to this store tonight and the lady who was working was the rudest and most unhelpful person I've ever come across at any store. She was rude and disrespectful and didn't care is she sold a toy that she actually knew didn't work and was defective knowing I can't return it this is ridiculous."
