"Some customers are very rude they do t respect the time of closing coming in 10 min until close not acceptable we have to pull draw and be out as well. People complaining about the store being messy but they are the ones putting thing we're they do not belong.run off don't want receipt then get upset they can't a exchange without one alot of complaint this staff can have on yall as well"

"I was shopping at your store, and couldn't find a couple of items. Well I ran across one of the staff, a young lady. I didn't get her name but she went out of her way, and got the items for me, and then told me where I can find them. She just didn't say oh go to aisle 4 or whatever. She went and brought me the items. Such a sweet young lady."

"Corporate needs to do something about this location. There’s never enough workers. What should have taken me 10 minutes took 45 minutes to get out the door because there’s only 1 person in the whole store. That’s not only dangerous but puts a lot of stress on that one employee. Shelves are mostly empty and the new product sits in the middle of the aisle in boxes so we have to open them an get what we need."

"So I was told I could exchange something with a receipt by one employee. I get to the register with my receipt and exchanges. The cashier said I can't. Smh DOLLAR TREE DO BETTER. Makes me not want to shop at this location"

"I wish there was a negative 1 review to give because of the horrible service and rudeness I just experienced at this Lewisville (Round Grove) #2589 store. The problem occurred at checkout and worsened from there. I paid with my debit card, like I usually do, and was handed a $20 bill. I was surprised because I never pushed any keys or amounts at all! The only button I pushed was Yes to approve payment. The clerk was Nicole, not friendly at all n real fast tried to tell me I must have slipped and pushed the buttons by mistake and I DID NOT!!! Now, I know it's only $1.00 but now it's the principle, ok. So, Victoria, who has a real bad attitude and is very Rude, takes my receipt goes in office to discuss and says nothing we can do! Sorry, not acceptable I didn't want to pay the Xtra $1.00 for something I didn't ask for. Taylor, Mgr. got involved and says sorry, can't issue any credit or refund!!!! Victoria should not hold any title, if she has one, because of her extreme rudeness n unfriendliness. Her treatment today was not acceptable. And Nicole, who started the whole mess, wasn't much better. I left my info on the corporate line, hope to hear back soon! Ty"
