"This morning I rushed into CVS to grab a few items before my 10am work shift. My mind was full of the things I needed to accomplish today. Even though I looked frustrated & busy a friendly employee named Pete greeted me with a smile & asked how was I. As I looked around the store, I had troubled locating the cough drops and asked a gentleman. Randy not only told me where to find my things but also took me to the section. "3 separate experiences all same week at same time In the day...more to tell, but only have so much time to do this ...no wonder they only 2.3 on google: Wen I've gone there, lady in front asks would I like some help during my checkout... why?? I'm checking out. Where was that wen I was walking around store.... Only seems to be only 1 person available (cashier) who don't pick up her head, realize a line to call for help or help other people on floor... SMH.. Always issues with self checkout or photo printer out of order.... basically ALWAYS something..."
