"I’ve been going to this 7-11 for years. Usually no problems but recently anytime I try to get a 20oz coke, they keep putting 2 slices of pizza on my tab without even asking me if I wanted the pizza. They say they have to do it due to a “promo code” but it ends up charging me more than what I should pay for the coke… if a customer doesn’t ask for a product, it is not appropriate to put the product on the bill due to your promotion. Usually 5 star service, but it only takes one time to lose a customers trust"

"Watch them when they check you out, they like to charge you extra or theyll take that hangover bottle on the right side of the register and swipe it when you’re not looking and put it back. He just tried to charge me $8 for $3.99 meal and when I caught him he tried to play defense and said oh let me put the discount on. His name is Mena."

"The owner is an a******. There's no nice way to say it. A lady was having trouble with her car at the air pump. The store's not busy. Plenty of employees to go out there and help her. Not a single person goes out there to help her. They don't give her a refund. This isn't owned by good people that's for sure."

"Attached shows the employee in one of the pictures that argued with me about the price of the tobacco that I was to purchase. This employee argued with me for approximately a full minute, until he denied the sale since I would not purchase it for $6.99, the photo shows the price of the camel snus, large frost, at a price of $5.68. Please avoid this 7-11 at all cost, if one of their prices are falsely advertised, I’m sure that there are many."
