"The handful of times i got my prescription here, i always have to say my name, DOB 2 or more times and every time i ALWAYS have to wait 20+ minutes when i should have easy pick up because I call it in to make sure it be ready when i come to pick it."

"Been going to this CVS pharmacy for 7 years. Customer service has gone down. I try to be patient and give people grace especially the young workers, however, rolling your eyes while in the drive thru when I ask how long my prescription for my 16 month daughter’s antibiotic will be is rude and unprofessional. Then having to return 3 hours later with both my young children and making it through the drive thru traffic lane at now 6:30pm and the same lady decides to go to the restroom without having someone cover her drive thru lane and make me wait even more. I don’t know if this place is poorly managed or understaffed, however, it’s enough to tell me they don’t give a f. Two days prior to this, I had to drop off a paper script for my daughter. An antibiotic eyedrops. The pharmacist or employee working the counter would stare at you as if you’re bothering them. I stated the drs office servers were down so they had to write a paper script. Staff here definitely prejudge you if you’re in the drop off or pharmacist question line. He said he’d have it filled in about 2.5 hrs. I came back around 4:30pm where the drive thru lane was maybe 6-7 cars in line. Then went inside where the line was maybe 10 folks. I just left. Just transferred my prescriptions to a local pharmacy."

"I came in 11/11/2023 to drop off a prescription. I was just released from the hospital and I just want to drop off a prescription the young lady that was working drive through had no customer instead of helping front counter she grabbed her soda and starred out the window. I almost passed out that I had to walk out get in truck and go through drive through and it still took her a minute to help. They NEVER answer the phone. This place really sucks"

"I mainly just come here to get my prescriptions filled. It's a decent CVS, very clean and spacious feeling. It isn't often busy when I'm in there. There is rarely a long line at the pharmacy and as long as your prescription is ready it doesn't take long to get it. There always seems to be a well sized staff working behind the pharmacy. I've also done the minute clinic to get updates on my shots and get a renewal on my prescriptions. Io made an appointment online in advance b it still had to wait behind walk ins on line who had signed in before I had. I feel like if you make the appointment in advance they should honor that time as much as possible. The on staff doctor was very nice though. I'm not good with shots and needles and she was very understanding and helpful."
