"I've been using maid brigade services for about a year at least. They train these ladies well. They're extremely polite and clean to the best of their ability. If there's ever a problem, however small or large, the management takes care of it immediately. They use their own cleaning products and equipment. They are bonded and insured which is a big plus for me. They always try to accommodate you in your schedule. If you're not home, if you allow, they will come in and clean. I've never had a problem regarding that at all. Everyone of the ladies that come in are very gracious and hard-working."

"They were at my home three hours charged me over $350 left dirty dishes in my sink and odid not follow instructions. I would not recommend them they are complete rip off worst 350 we could’ve ever spent we had guests showing up I still had to clean up after they had already left my husband had to kick them out because the service was horrible and slow Then Miss Amber tried to call and discuss the issues, but did not want to hear anything that I had to say kept interrupting me on my concerns and telling me how great her staff was, and refused to hear her customers feedback I will definitely not recommend this to anyone Scam! If you ever need cleaning services, I know many other people that are half the price and half the time with 1000% better quality of service and concerns for the clients"
