"Geek Squad department is absolute trash. Don’t waste your money on the warranty or your time with any of the customer service employees. They’re all incompetent. I’ve been having the same issue resurface with my device that I’ve spent thousands of dollars on in addition to hundreds on coverage and I keep coming back with the same issue after repeatedly being lied to that it’s been fixed. Ridiculous. Extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Ps Tracey Lee should be fired. Doesn’t have the right attitude to be in customer service."
