"My deck was built in 1969 & we purchased our home in 1974. Over the years my deck only was stained & I never had an issue with it until we used Behr’s Deck Over on it in about 2016 using over 10 gallons of it. That was a big mistake and in about 2021 it started to show a lot of rotting in many, many places on the deck, railings, stairs, etc. which caused me to need to replace the deck. In October, 2023 I contracted with PuroClean of Romeoville who did the demolition of the deck along with overseeing the entire project & he contracted with Quality Carpentry and Roofing in Romeoville to rebuild the deck. It was rebuilt using treated wood for the structure and Trex for the deck, stairs, railings, etc. Both companies did an excellent job, had top quality employees who took pride in the work they did. If the need would arise again I would not hesitate to use them. I couldn’t be happier with the quality work done by both companies & would recommend them."
