"This location wouldn't be so bad IF the pharmacy would learn to answer their phones! The CVS on Roosevelt & Oak Park is larger then this one and their pharmacy department ALWAYS answer their phones! Even if you do have to be on hold for a short period, they NEVER keep you waiting longer then 3-5 before answering your call. I'm currently on hold (still holding) and I've been waiting for someone from the pharmacy to answer my call for over an hour!!! I'm a disable person. I can't just get up and drive up there when I need help with my prescriptions; especially since there's a snow storm going on at this time. Someone, please! DO SOMETHING about this!!!!!!"

"Take wayyyy too long to help they client’s disrespect and rude and take too long waited 45 mins just to get my prescription that they said was ready already and was in Lyft and got my ride cancelled because of how slow they are"

"Drive Thru Pharmacy Service was Poor. Each car took 10 minutes or more which seems excessive. I was unfortunate to get to their window, exactly at 6:00pm after waiting nearly an hour. Immediately the staff put a sign in the window. I expected a staff greeting but was informed their computers shut down at 6pm. I requested a prescription over the phone on Thursday evening. It was not available until Saturday afternoon and there was no system notification, although I confirmed a text request. I spent 2 days following up for them to order and confirm my prescription. Which is essential following a dentist appointment. I now have to wait another day and it's frustrating. Wow. I would hope CVS could clear their line and take care of customers with a grace period, if needed."

"Had a TB test done, I had to reschedule the second appointment but the website only allows you to cancel it and book another. So I did that. I selected “TB Test/Read” However when I checked in the rude Black LPN gave me attitude and said I have to wait for the NP because on her end it says it’s part 1 of TB test. Minute Clinic needs to fix that rescheduling TB reads on their site. And the Older Black LPN needs to have a better attitude"

"I went to the Minute Clinic for ear congestion. I scheduled the appointment the day before. I did have to wait about 20 minutes before seeing the nurse, and another 10 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, but for minor illnesses it is nice to have a clinic with fairly easy scheduling. The little wait time was not that bad and tolerable. Just know that this place can have busier times and your appointment time does not mean the NP sees you at that time. You may have to wait a little bit. The NP prescribed an antibiotic and sent it to the in-store pharmacy. The Rx was ready in less than 5 minutes. I will go back here if any other minor ailments come up."
