"Rarely leave reviews but thought I had to share a bad experience. Came in to check out an Apple watch that my friend said they would sell for $400. I haggled with them to try and drop the price and they said their bottom number was $450. I then showed them the screenshot of my friends messages showing that they offered it for $400 and they said “well that was the deal for that day so if you had come in that day we could have done it but because it’s a different day now we can’t”. Unfortunate that they can’t be men of their word. I spoke with the man that my friend was messaging with Christopher. Not an honest guy. I would avoid this place and go to a more reputable shop."

"This pawn shop had an excellent layout. The positive flow that this pawn shop displays is absolutely perfect. Everything is in order, and everything is neatly placed where it belongs and easily accessible. I have not seen a pawn shop this well-kept in a long time. The prices are a bit higher than you would expect for a regular pawn shop, however, Chris and Angel, are more than willing to bargain. Typically, you expect a “pawn shop attitude,” where they treat you pretty much like garbage, like I’ve experienced at Action Pawn in Round Rock, where you are an interruption in their day- and like they were doing you a favor. This pawn shop seems to have a better atmosphere, and I was not in the door more than 10 seconds before Angel came over and asked me if there was something he could help me with. As I said, the prices are a little bit higher than you would expect in a pawnshop, but they are negotiable. Everything is placed in the correct category. And the flow is absolutely seamless. I strongly recommend going here if you want to buy something somewhat reasonably priced, that you can actually bargain on. Five stars because the customer service is outstanding!"
