"The Water Department notified me of an alert indicating "exceeded daily used alert set up in customer portal". Suspecting possible leak, I contacted Cedar Park Water to seek their assistance in determining if the meter would show usage while all water was off in the house. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the lady that help me; not only was she very helpful and patient, but she dispatched a service truck to unlock the water meter box. Within 15 minutes there were two trucks to help me with the meter. I was able to verify I don't have a leak in the house but possibly in the irrigation system. I am very grateful for the quick response. The technicians Mr Jessie Casa and Mr David Franco were very helpful and customer oriented. Cedar Park Water Department thank you for your help and great customer service."

"The employees at the Cedar park water department have to be some of the most unpleasant people I have ever met. I get it, it can't be that exciting to work there, but if you don't like it, find another job. Don't inflict your sour attitude on the customers coming in to pay their over inflated water bills. Attitude is everything and these people have the wrong one."

"Terrible service. Quick to cut water off from soldier neighbor's home when his wife and infant were there and had not received bill because they sent it to the wrong address. The soldier was out of the U.S. serving the country. When the water department confirmed they sent bills to the wrong address they still refused to offset/discount the $50 reconnect fee and wouldn't turn the water back on for bath and formula until it was paid, without regard for the protest or their admitted error."

"They lost my direct debit form--that I filled out in the same visit I paid them (but they definitely did not lose the check that I gave them) and then turned off my water without so much as a warning. I begged them to give me until tomorrow morning so that I could be on time for work this evening. I'm working 5 jobs and have three babies."

"Just moved to the City of Cedar Park - the water utility lady that i spoke with over the phone regarding my billing was quite rude. Never seen this in any town where i had lived before. She was rushing as if wanting to hang up the call and when i asked her about the added penalty to my first bill that got lost in the mail - she answered with an absolute and definite NO. Try to be courteous to people even if they speak a different accent than you do. Lady: it is because of the people that you have your job. It is ridiculous to be working for the City and be rude with its people - or perhaps you're rude only with those who speak with an accent different than yours or having a name that's not Joe or Jane."
