"Purchased a full system from them two years ago. I only had them come out to service once because I felt the water could be adjusted through the system. On my second call they informed me that my account was dropped. Asking for what the reason was since I paid in full on the system and on the visition I was told that they would reinstate my account (again not giving a reason) and send someone out.... that never happened and neither would there Bolingbrook location come out after saying they would.... what a SAD excuse for a business after taking your money.... and be aware other companies will not service their equipment"

"I don't write reviews. Im just that guy that never does but wanted to write one after Culligan came to my home today and delivered my salt. Last month the delivery guy, who I found out today is Eric, came to my home and knocked twice. When I opened the door he asked if I needed him to bring in my two bags of salt that were sitting on his shoulders. Mind you, these bags are 50 pounds each, and they were resting on his shoulders very easily; liked they weighed 2 pounds to him. I told him it was okay and that I would get it. Typically, Culligan has always left the bags of salt at my door as Ive had them for years, so Im not use to the delivery person knocking more than once and asking. Afterwards I thought I should've taken him up on his offer as my softener is in my basement and these are 50 pound bags. Well, today Culligan shows up knocking on my door and when I opened it, I see two guys this time with salt bags on their shoulders. It's Eric again with a gentleman named Andy. Very nice guys and well mannered. They asked if I would like my salt brought in. This time, I said absolutely, and not only let them bring the salt downstairs but asked if they mind grabbing the four additional bags I had sitting in my garage. These guys gladly did so, and even filled my water softener downstairs with 3 of the bags. I spoke to them afterwards and noticed that they were wearing new shirts and hats. Apparently a new company has taken over and will say from my experience, with the past two deliveries, things look to be running more efficiently. These guys didn't just knock on my door real fast and leave but they knocked twice and waited a little bit as I was in my office. And then easily carried 2 bags of salt downstairs plus the 4 that were in my garage. Whoever reads these reviews I would like to say thank you to the delivery drivers Eric and Andy."

"Wanted someone to check my water & reprogram water softener. The man they sent was her for 3 minutes. Never turned on or tested the water and was here a whole 2 minutes. Didn’t explain anything or give me a invoice . Very shady & unreliable"
