"Abismal customer service. When I lived downtown I used Culligan (not Meredith, it was under Brian Liev and it was excellent), however when I moved to Oak Park by default had to use Meredith Culligan. Every single month I either didn't get the number of requested bottles OR it wouldn't come delivery day. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single month this happened. They don't respond to e-mails and when I mentioned this they told me they didn't have to. They are rude, misogynistic, entitled, and complete jerks. Everything about the service was awful. When you call, they have no desire to help or even apologize. Awful."
