"Waterview Estates is an awesome community that offers beautiful grounds, well maintained common areas, community center with a beautiful pool, separate splash pad, a baseball field, walking trails, a soccer pitch and more. While this review post is specific to the clubhouse and pool which is absolutely awesome- the community as a whole is fantastic. Adjacent to a growing commercial hub to include several chain restaurants and shops, it’s easy access to 99 and local amenities makes Waterview a great community. The recreation (clubhouse and pool) offers a well maintained pool with lifeguards, a splash pad, slides, as well as swings, a great gated tennis court and walking areas."

"This subdivision has astronomical fees! I paid $1845 in HOA fees however they returned all checks. They said there were still charges I need to pay, however I received no details since Waterview Estates Bedrock Association Management company made a mistake in their system and changed my address. Instead of recognizing that they made an error they sent me to a collection lawfirm although they never contacted me previously because they were sending letters to the wrong address in San Antonio with my account balance."

"This is a nice field for solid practices yearound for baseball. Just as you well know when it rains of course the feield will get muddy. In my opinion that will impact any type of baseball drill you try to implement. Overall great place to hone your skills!"
