"Since we have a new HOA, things have improved at the park. Trash is being picked up regularly and there is a doggie receptacle with poop baggies!"
"Love that the pool is still open through the end of Sep. Closing at 1:00 makes no sense since there are no lifeguards & all they do to close is turn off the electric gate access from Spectrum. Really annoying that we can't use the pool later in the afternoon, especially (if/when) it starts too cool down."
"Pool was due to open at 5 am. Key cards weren't working. Several neighbors stood around attempting to contact ANYONE to open the gate. No one was reachable. At 11:30 am, pool was still locked up. This is unacceptable."
