"Took my kids to the playground next to it and it really shows the location really considers children's playtime at heart. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's private access. Fortunately for me, a kind lady saw us turning away and said, "I'll open it for you. All children deserve to play on the playground." I've been going having a rough time, so this really ignited joy in my heart. Kids of all ages should experience a place like this in their neighborhood. Other developers should take note and learn a thing or two."

"Park & pool aren’t open to the public. You need a key card for both. I understand the pool needing a key but pretty upset a ginormous park like this isn’t open to the public. My son is so upset we can’t go back. We got to play here one time because someone was walking out while we were walking up and held the door for us."

"The weather has finally cooled off enough for us to check out the new playground. My grandbaby and I loved it. The variety of items for him to climb on and challenge him, were amazing. The play area is secured, so I felt very comfortable allowing him to run and play freely from one area to the other. The color of the play set is very appealing and the shaded play areas made it comfortable to be in the area. We will definitely be returning very soon and often."

"Splash pad is great, but the park next door is above and beyond! Special needs friendly park with sand box, and a ton of other cool stuff! For the record, there is a public park bur a resident only splash pad and a private shallow pool area. There is no public restroom or water fountain.."

"Simply perfect in every way - clean, enjoyable, just the right amount of people, well maintained, great security and monitored. I took my family to enjoy the splash pad only this visit and it was well worth it - we have a recent walker and she loves the water and was entertained for hours. There are so many options to choose and good little shaded cabanas around for people who are sitting out to chill and relax. The way to turn on the water is with little touch pads on the fire hydrant or the opposite side standee which is a great idea for the kiddos. Tall enough that little ones can't get to it themselves which is smart. Will certainly be back for more, one of my favorite chill places for the summer so far."
