"The day started off slow. We packed up and headed to an unknown destination. Forces of attraction lead us to Bandera and to the water. The air was fresh and water cool on the skin. "The place is nice. The river water is cold and has plenty of shade. You have to do very little climbing to get in and out of the river. Other than that our family had a great time. There are Pavilions you can use. I believe it is first come. First served. We used one for a couple of hours. Jumped in the river, had lunch, jumped in the river again and went home. Good times."
