Everybody was very friendly, but they just did not have everything that I needed and the things that they did have I felt they were a little bit overpriced. I did find a nice Ryobi corded drill for $20 which I feel like it’s a very good deal check them out. They have a lot of stuff in there."

"Sept 23rd 2022 I entered the Cash America 3929 Fredericksburg rd looking to purchase a few items and but somethings on layaway for Christmas I walked in and noticed that there were at least six employees two were busy and I wasn't even greeted when entering I noticed Gabe but he didn't notice me I was informed my a young lady who was already helping a customer that someone will be with me shortly then I waited 4-6 minutes and still no help after considering leaving the store a Hispanic male enters the store and is immediately helped by Gabe I've been in the customer service industry for 15 years and I have a minimum of 5 years as a manager I'm not to sure if they didn't want to make any sales seeing that tax time is right around the corner and Christmas is not far away I just wanted to buy somethings and put a few on layaway but this definitely gives me bad vibes about this place So today on September 27th 1:20 pm I actually came back thinking that maybe everyone was busy....... and today this time there was not one customer in the store I wasn't greeted and treated as if I was going to run off with a firearm after trying to show and give them the two forms of Identification that they asked for and to my surprise they didn't even want to look it/ take it so I can look at them and was told I could look it up online I honestly wanted to speak to a manager but Maria made it out as if she was the manager and the tone of voice she used was very off setting I just wanted to give this store a second chance after not having a good experience the first time but no one clearly cared about wanting to make a purchase even after trying to give them the two forms of ID that they asked for I'm not upset it's just sad to see people with jobs who isn't trying to help the company and they are just there to steal the company money buy not really helping the customer and just hurting the company in the long run and talking to someone as if they are going to steal something and being looked at and ignored from the same individual that was there not even wearing a name tag when is very unprofessional but I actually got a very strong racial vibe they way Maria looked at me and dealt with me as potential consistent customer"
