"Easily my favorite park in West Chicago; probably one of the best-kept secrets of the west suburbs. Long red-gravel trails are excellent for walking/running. There is a decent playground with two play structures, swings, a small splash pad, and ample shade. Nearby is a large gazebo with picnic tables, and a beautiful climbing structure (no shade). Port-a-potties are near the parking lot and very clean. The best kept secret, though, is on the north side of the park. Technically a school playground, but easily accessible from the park, are two large, brand-new, very exciting play areas. No shade, but as long as the weather is agreeable, my kids can easily spend hours on this play equipment."
