"Came here for the first time today. Mochi is a nervous lil pup and hasn't been groomed in over a month, so there was some matting around his head and thick eye booger buildup. Mark called me about an hour into the appt and told me that they couldn't continue with trimming his face, because Mochi was too fussy and they didn't want to risk injuring him or themselves. Of course I was disappointed because it's been hard for us to find a new groomer, but when I picked Mochi up, he looked SO handsome! They were able to trim his face and get the thick eye boogers - this was my biggest thing, because it's so hard to maintain and he hates when we touch his face. He looks wonderful and I thought they did a great job working with this anxious pup for the first time - and they got it done in less than an hour! I'm so impressed and excited to take him back! :)"

"I take my two small senior dogs here (~10 and 15 years old). The dogs actually leave their appointments happy and excited. I have taken them to other grooming places where they seemed a little traumatized after. Worth every penny for your furry friends. These owners and groomers are gold. So grateful for such excellent service. The fact that my dogs are so calm and happy afterwards means the world. Great haircuts too. I am a forever customer."
