"Literally a joke of a store. It is here to make profit off of the people who aren't doing good. Spoke to both people at the store, they by $0.15 per g of silver, and 10k gold at $10 a g. They offered me less than $20 for my ring and when asking them about one in the case that was exactly the same priced at $649. Same weight and didn't have stones like mine. I asked why the price difference and they sed because they need to make profit. I get that but not over 10x. Never going back."
"I definitely miss the previous manager. Being that I’ve been a CA customer for almost ten years she was definitely one of my favorites. She maintained a good relationship with the customers. She knew how busy I’d get and made sure when things came up do to do her best to get through to me even if it was by leaving a VM. This new manager don’t seem to value her customers. Telling me she left a VM when something of mine came due to only change to say or maybe the VM was full. I personally feel the ticket on my item was seen and she knew that I was losing about 90% of what I paid she didn’t care what happened. I feel robbed of my hard work. Although I do know it is my responsibility at the end of the day, my whole point is I know the previous manager would have at least made an effort for this not to happen. I will no longer do business at this location."
"Omg!! This pawn shop is really amazing!! They literally have the best way to test jewelry and gave me TOP DOLLAR for mine. Robert was the most calming and sweetest guy. I went to other pawn shops and they just don’t know what they’re doing. COME HERE for real!!!"
