Novi Grooming

"I arrived for 1st appt that was made a month prior with a groomer Mario only to be told that my appt was with Christina. Ok I didn’t make a fuss and my 4 1/2 pound pup was groomed nicely by Christina. I checkout and cost for full haircut groom is $85. A bit of sticker shock considering I was paying $55 at previous groomer(that groomer sold their business and moved away) only a mile from this groomer. Another note, while there is a form to fill out with vet info, rabies info and emergency info, I wasn’t asked to fill out any of this info. The haircut was nice process has hiccups."

"I take my almost 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog here and Mario is his groomer. My dog is a big dog 100 pounds so not every groomer can take that big of a dog but Mario takes care of him very well. My dog seems to like coming here. I recommend this place, they take care of your pets very well."
