Mid Cities Pawn

"I came in around 6 - 8 months ago to shop for a bass. Service was solid, staff was nice but once a deal was struck for a Dean 5 string bass w/ soft case included (I didn't negotiate that in, it was advertised on the tag) there were "no soft cases in stock". I was told I'd be contacted at a later date to pick up a soft case when they had one available. No contact ever came and when I called to find out the progress on it I got told that " I'd just have to wait until someone came in with a case that size." I don't think there was ever any plan on contacting me after my money switched hands."

"Decent amount of music equipment over anything else. Cameras, TVs, laptops, guns, tools are out here too."

"This was my 3rd time going here to get something priced. All 3 times they offered me pennies basically. So I send my white friend they offered her a A LOT MORE for same items. I’m just saying don’t waste time with this business if you don’t look like them."

"I have done business at this establishment twice and I had an overall good experience. The third time I went back it was terrible. There was a Mexican guy helping me and he was extremely rude and he yelled at me. When I calmly told him he did not have to yell at me he immediately became upset and said he no longer wants to do business with me. So I took my merchandise and left. I will be calling back up there to speak with a manager about this. This is not how you treat customers because customers pay your bills."

"I recently was desperately look for a nice used ipad for my granddaughter, buying a brand new one was way out of my budget. I went to different pawnshops but no help as everyone was busy so I walked out in three different ones. As I am driving home I remembered Mid-Cities Pawn!! I use to buy from them years ago!! so I stop. As soon as I walk in the gentlemen had finished helping one customer as I was next. I was very happy with his customer service and the soft voice he has making my shopping very easy and answering any questions I had. (No rush on his part) this to me is very important when someone listens to you. I am sorry for the experience on the first review but closing on time at 9pm!! who wouId not be upset!! I would. I am sure the sales person wanted to go home on time as I would and everyone else. Well!! what to say but the truth!!! I was treated with great customer service by a gentleman name Lorenzo. Sold me what I was looking for and on top this the price was right as I stay on a budget. I plan on returning back to purchase another one for my daughter as Christmas is right around the corner. :) Way to go Lorenzo!! Keep up the awesome customer services in you."
