"Visited during the evening of the Blue Moon, and it was gorgeous. I just wish people would pick up after themselves more. I could spend all day in the area and still find things to do."

"The beach is nice. There is a lot of space on the sand. They have a station of life vests to use if you need one, as there is no lifeguard. The picnic tables were clean. There is a credit card machine to buy the day pass for $5."

"Very nice!! Love the bike path. Beautiful campground with helpful, friendly volunteers. We had a nice, level site with full hookups. Laundry facilities at the campground were convenient and inexpensive. We also enjoyed the visitor center and bike path. Overall a great stay!"

"Campsites are clean and spacious. There are a lot of areas you can walk to, including the top of the dam. Really nice place to stay for just more than one or two nights."

"Camped right on the lake. Beach was about 3 mins away. Dam and spillway were about 5 mins away. Perfect looking weekend getaway."
