"Bought a brand new Roof AC unit for my RV and it broke after a week. I called them and their warranty says you need to drive your entire RV and drop it off so they can fix it. Or I have to come out of pocket for a mobile tech. That's all they could do. No help or troubleshooting at all. When I realized that it was completely hopeless to remain on the phone with tech, I gave up and he told me to "have a good day." I felt insulted and completely on my own after spending thousands on two brand new units. Try to get a different brand other than Dometic, as their warranty is useless and their customer support is even worse."
