"If you want to be gang stalked go by yourself with headphones on in the Ulta section. The gang stalking doesn’t end there though- the lady at self check out will stand 2 inches behind you as you scan your items. If your AP did a good enough job you wouldn’t be needing to gang stalk a customer who spends more money a year than what your payroll managers make."

"The manager and district manager of this store need a lesson in customer service. Was lied to by the manager yesterday who said they had about 26 cups for the Stanley drop today and it would be one per person. However, arrived today and that same manager said there was only 20 cups and was selling 2 per person, stating her DM said to do it that way. If they wanted to be fair to those who stood in line for over an hour and give one cup per person, at least half the people in line would’ve received a cup. Y’all need to do a better job and learn from other targets who did a much better job in treating their customers fairly."

"I purchased some items online for in store pickup. The email said to go inside and go to "Order Pickup" so I entered the door with that on the building in big letters. I looked around and didn't see the order pickup sign anywhere. I walked back and forth across the front of the store double checking in case I had my man blinders on and just couldn't see it. I decided to ask an employee where it was and she directed me to the Exchanges & Returns desk. She showed me the only place it says "order pickup" is on a little sign in front of Exchanges & Returns. She cheerfully retrieved my order for me. I was going to only give 4 star rating because of the poor signage but this employee was so nice and cheerful it makes up for any lack of signage that a man like me was looking for. COVID protocols required here."
