"I get it that sometimes dogs don't want to have their nails clipped but I took my small dog which is about 5 lb there the other day and the lady who trimmed her nails was really trying to manhandle her. She definitely made her Yelp. It was a long brown hair lady with the glasses and she was at the table to the right as soon as you walk in the door. We have taken our dogs there in the past to get their nails trimmed but that lady was rough and I probably won't visit again because of her"
