"Horrible customer service, everytime I call to make a payment over the phone they leave me on hold for a long time just to give me the confirmation number and I am sure it appears pretty quick because one time a nice girl answered me which it was weird cuz everyone there is rude and well she gave me the number right away. This lady left me 20 Minutes on hold just to give me the confirmation number and at the beginning of the call she also but me on hold. She said she had a lot of people and I understand that but I am also working and taking the time to make this payment they should take that into consideration as well they should also monitor the calls or record them to see who your paying at your job for giving horrible customer service ."
"I had an emergency last night. The spigot broke for the water hose outside. Water was coming out with hight pressure. This was around 8 pm I called them & they sent 2 guys to come & fix the problem. Well they temporarily fixed the problem. Mind you here at the trailer park where I am at we don't pay for water. I'm not to sure they had to come out & fix it. It was the landlord's responsibility but they got it done. Thank you for the help I really really appreciate it."
"Every time we have had an issue with our bill. They have been very helpful. I had an extenuating circumstance once and they were willing to accommodate and help. The staff has been friendly. As frustrating as it can be to pay a bill or have something go wrong, It can be extremely frustrating to deal with the public in whole, especially during these trying times."
"Customer service is below par. They do not appropriately answer customer questions. They do not complete customer requests. They are very rude. They have no idea how to de-escalate an angry customer, instead they fuel the fire. They are inappropriate when asked to speak to a manager, by having another representative state that they are. They are in dire need appropriate training in dealing with customers, appropriate training in explanation of Bill's, appropriate training in deescalating angry customer and so much more."
