"I ordered a bouquet called FIELDS OF EUROPE from 1800flowers, this business picked up the order and made it, it was delivered and the display was horrible, the original bouquet was to have over eight large pink daisy type flowers, purple sprigs, pink and white lillies. Needless to say, I spent nearly $100 on a bouquet that looked like it was $20. I called 1800flowers and filed a complaint and they reimbursed me my money after I sent them the picture of the flowers I ordered and then a photo of the ones delivered by this business, so horrible and cheap looking, too bad you can't post photos anymore because people need to see the comparison, just horrible"

"Incredibly disappointed my mom ordered a spray of flowers for my deceased sisters birthday. First and foremost this spray has less than half the amount of stems in the presented picture. Secondly, the flowers in the spray are none of which were shown on the photos online with the exception of roses. Third we requested less white than pink, and they just completely omitted the white ones all together. The presentation is also subpar as the ribbon is just placed un-uniformly. For nearly $300 we expected more. This is an incredible disappointment for the price paid and the occasion for what it’s for. I did also attempt to call to have these issues resolved and never got a call back."
