"Horrible experience. I ordered these flowers to be delivered to a family member for their birthday. I never received delivery confirmation that it was delivered. I had to call to confirm delivery. Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered. So disappointing. I never received a phone call regarding a substitution and no attempt to rectify the matter was ever made. Definitely not worth $125. Don’t waste your money."
"These delivered to my office before 10 am this morning and 2 of the flowers are already dead and my co-worker had to receive them for me. Had I’d been in the office, I would’ve returned them. My Dear husband did his job. So I ask why didn’t Channelview Flower Basket not do their job? I do not recommend their business. Shame on you and your business!!"
"I ordered late for a funeral; this florist delivered a gorgeous spray at a reasonable price, even making some changes/substitutions I requested. They had trouble making the delivery because the church wasn’t open, but delivered it a 2nd or 3rd time. It was beautiful and I was so proud and thankful."
"If I could give no stars!! I placed an order on 2/9 to be delivered on 2/14 and received a confirmation of my order. On 2/14 I called to confirm when it would be delivered and a very rude man told me they didn't deliver to where I had asked to be delivered (if that was the case why did it confirm the order) then he told me the card had declined!?! It was a company card!! He also said he called the number and told someone that the order had been canceled!! He never called anyone. Now my boss is frantically trying to find flowers for his wife!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL THEY RECEIVE OUR BUSINESS!!!"
