The Chocolate Rose

"I located the shop on line. The bouquets they offered were beautiful. Decided to go to the location and talk to George about Valentines Flowers and Wedding Anniversary both the same. George was informative with helping me choose. All I new was I wanted 36 Roses for 3 years. I decided on which one. George said he'd have them delivered by 10am at my wife's job. It's now 5 days later and the talk at my wife's office is still her rose's. My wife said she'd not seen such a beautiful display of rose's ever. I was trying to achieve making her happy. I know completely that I did by her words and her response. Thank You Chocolate Rose!"

"One star because I was refunded the same day after I showed up at 9am (opening time) and the door was locked. Waited about ten minutes, called, nothing. Two guys showed up so I asked them about my order. They couldn’t find it. Said I placed it online Monday, and was picking it today (Friday). Gentleman said to wait about 15 minutes because she would get there. Don’t know who “she” is but she did arrive and I asked about my flowers. She said they weren’t ready and would be about 30 minutes. It was already 9:30 and the ceremony was at ten. She told the guy in Spanish that I didn’t specify a time for pickup. I showed them my emailed receipt that said “can I pick up as soon as y’all open.” She just said oh. I asked for a refund and I got the email after a couple of hours saying it was credited. Their flowers looked and smelled beautiful, but not having the flowers for my mom’s celebration of life ceremony made it a stressful morning."

"This place is amazing!! The prices are very good and the employees were so helpful and cared about what I wanted. For mother's day/my anniversary I was gifted a Enchanted Forever Rose! It's so soft and extremely well preserved! They are one of the only places in Houston that have them in many different colors! And they are brought all the way from London! If well taken care of and left in the glass dome it can last 3-5 years. The perfect long term commit flower that says I love you forever."
