"The customer service is fabulous and the grooming is even better!! I’ve had “grooming necessary” dogs for the last 18 years and this grooming is the best I’ve found in this area. I have been to at least five different grooming businesses in the six years since we moved here and their services are far superior to all these other groomers. They offer curbside drop off and pick up which makes things even more convenient and, you can pay from your car! My dogs aren’t difficult but sometimes they’ve been kinda grumpy when I pick them up, but when I pick them up from Snips& Nails & Puppy Dog Tails, they’re happy and they are SO CLEAN and the haircuts are so flattering and adorable!!"

"I am beyond understanding how difficult it is to groom my Puppy! Which is why I brought to the professional in the first place. I don’t however believe it to be the dog’s fault or owner’s if you have a perfectly behaved dog at all time’s except..when the dog is being held down by 4 adult “Groomer’s”, after being muzzled (never has been before?) and being so beyond terrified started to urinate every nail being trimmed and Never once being called during the process to be asked if they should continue with her having such a hard time. I was just billed an additional 30$!!! As my dogs “behavioral” fee for being scared to death during this ordeal. Only to be justified by the owner telling me the fee was because of how MANY Of Us it took to, “HOLD HER DOWN”.! Unbelievable."

"Sushi came from rescue with overgrown face hair and nails and is aggressive at the vet to the point she bites and viciously throws her head and body around. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to manage her and they did and well. She was happy when I picked her up and they did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone."

"Quality of grooming is excellent!! They seem to be a little higher priced than other groomers, but it's worth it. Appointment times are not cast in stone as they can get slightly behind because they want to do their best, so plan to drop off and pick up versus waiting."
