"The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Within 24hrs of me ordering $70 worth of stuff, I get a fraud notice from my bank saying they charged me an extra $266 in addition to what I paid. My bank stopped the payment thankfully but I haven't been able to talk to anyone from the business about what happened. I've called several times, and despite saying they're available 24/7, their message said they were closed and/or no one answered during business hours. I got one generic email reply stating I was charged $70 but no details on the extra charge and when I replied, I get a 'message can't be delivered to the email address' auto email back."
"I placed an order an Jan 25 for delivery on January 29 thinking that more time will assure a great product. On the day of delivery my wife received 3 dead roses and some wilting. I tried to make contact will this shop hoping to get some resolution via email but as of now there's no feedback nor communication from this shop. I even sent photos to show what was delivered. I tried to call the shop but noone answers the calls. Very disappointed. Very."
"I ordered a floral wreath for my great aunt’s funeral. I live out of state and always worry about the product of what I order. With that said, I am extremely wowed! This wreath was more than I expected and absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for your quality and attention to detail. The floral selection and colors were perfect!"
