"I worked for them during mothers day and they are really busy. The problem is they have almost 8000 orders and only so many workers. The quantity over quality mentality sets in and that's why this location has bad ratings."
"HORRIBLE experience. They had to cancel my order because they don’t deliver in the city I had requested even though their website let me choose it. Waited for the refund to go back on my card like they said it would, but after 5 days it hadn’t yet. I called them to make sure the order was truly cancelled and to see where my refund was, but then they told me I’d have to make a dispute with my bank which is a whole different story. Lost $90 and worst customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t recommend at all."
