"I ordered flowers for my daughter who had a baby for same day delivery...when they didn't deliver I called and they said they couldn't deliver same day because no room number they said they would deliver next day and I told them to call my son in law to meet them...he said he would but never did....I tried calling them all morning but kept getting mailbox is full message no response to my texts or emails...now it's too late because daughter about to go home. I called hospital and they never heard of these florists and gave me a name of a reputable florist. After reading the other reviews I have decided to post a complaint with state of Texas attorney general...not sure if it's a scam or just extreme incompetence"
"This is a scam, I paid for a delivery on 1/6. Over $100 including tip, delivery fee, etc. I've called the number now probably 10 times and no one picks up. There isn't even a voicemail as it goes to a mailbox that is full? Extremely disappointed as I ordered an arrangement for a friend going through a really tough time. I will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud."
"We placed an order for 3 different arrangements for my Grandfather’s funeral an we were absolutely pleased with the way they came out. They got the roses to the perfect shade of blue and arranged them with all the Dallas Cowboys cutouts and goodies we could find to fit in our arrangements. They staff was so helpful and friendly, they have great prices and deliver. I totally recommend using them for your floral needs! Thank you so much ladies for your excellent work!"
"I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to provide better communication or call me back. I ordered same day delivery as a surprise - all I got was an online order confirmation and nothing else. Apparently it did get delivered but I only received confirmation next morning. Luckily the outcome is good and my friend liked the arrangement."
