"I have lived here for 8yrs ...I watch out for all that move in...there are three parks to choose from. The bowling alley Dust Bowl is right next door for fun and food. I clean, mow, trim trees, and watch the water lines to prevent freezing. $350 a month all bills paid. Ideal for seasonal workers and those looking for a new place and work"
