"Very nice people and got things under control quick but had some issues with them. Communication was a big issue. Once equipment was setup i was forgotten about. Had units in same spot drying for several days without being moved around. They forgot about underneath (crawlspace) and had to come out again to take care of that damage. Again equipment left for several days with any movement. Took almost a month time for everything to be finished up. Had baseboards broken by them that they claim was because of the water. Complained about moldy smell twice and they said someone would contact me and never did. Had to go with another company for the repair part because they were 4-6 month out and prices were high compared to others. Overall, I would not recommend them. PS. There was no call missed. It was in an email to Mike that went unanswered and when i went in to the location, my conversation to Marcella also went unanswered. There was also a loss of personal items (medication, first aid, and cosmetics) that were destroyed because of the incredible heat in the room caused by the equipment that the insurance company wont cover and they never warned me about."

"I live in New York City and our basement was flooded during Hurricane Ida. The storm travel team of Gage, Jakob, Juan, and Jesus from North Kenosha County were amazing. ServPro gave me Gage’s cell number on a Tuesday night at 6:00. I called him right away and they were at my house within 2 hours to do a full inspection of the damage and to set up multiple dehumidifiers and a HEPA filter air scrubber. They then returned and made flood cuts on all the walls. They had to move a lot of things out of the way and did so with care. They set up a barrier between the basement and the open staircase to the 1st floor which really helped keep the mold particles and dust from spreading throughout the house. They bagged all of the damaged drywall and placed it on the curb for pick up. They were professional, hard working, kind, and kept the lines of communication open. Just a tremendous job! I recommend ServPro and their team from North Kenosha County for all remediation services."
