Hoffman Flowers

"I have ordered from Hoffman’s previously and recommended them to others. The deliveries were very nice. HOWEVER, the floral arrangement delivered yesterday was/is HORRIBLE. First, the sentiment ‘card’ was typed on a TORN piece of pink paper, folded twice like an accordion. Seriously? Over $111 spent and they could not even put a regular card in the plastic ‘fork?’ A TORN piece of paper? More importantly, the flowers were FAR from fresh. They were already wilting before I left work in the afternoon! I will never order from them again. I will tell everyone at work and outside of work NOT TO EVER ORDER FROM THEM. I am not going to tell the sender how awful the delivery was because it would be heartbreaking."

"The customer service is not good at all. The person who answers their phones is very rude. She acted so annoyed to have to speak to me. I don't know why some people go into customer-facing roles if they don't have patience or kindness for people. Additionally, I asked that the flowers be delivered to a hospital. The patient was discharged early, unbeknownst to me, and they wanted an additional $15 to deliver them to a new address in the same city. I almost would have been ok with the upcharge if the woman on the phone wasn't so rude."

My husband has sent me flowers from here a few times so I looked into their prices for our wedding.They were in charge of my wedding flowers, arch, bouquets, centerpieces, etc. and I couldn’t happier with the results! They definitely made my day so beautiful!! 10/10 would recommend for any occasion!! Family owned business and they didn’t disappoint!!"
