"This is Ridgewood gardens. I don't know why I cant leave a google review for the actual business page. Kind of confusing. I ordered 3 standing sprays and a basket for my mothers funeral which was yesterday. (I ordered them last Monday). I was happy with 2 out of the 3 sprays. The 3rd, which not only did I show the online picture from THEIR OWN WEBSITE, I also discussed IN PERSON with the woman behind the counter. It looked like the picture I chose but by shape ONLY. Included is the picture I showed her from their own website, and what I received. Absolutely disappointed, and especially during a difficult time. Instead of the many roses (like in the picture), the cross I received was stuffed with cheaper flowers. I paid 200 dollars for cheap flowers. I wanted to ask for a refund but its not worth the energy. So I just thought I'd warn potential future customers. Apparently this is an issue with the establishment according to other reviews I've seen on Yelp too. I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. Also, the woman working behind the counter really needs to work on her bedside manner. Someone comes in asking for flowers for their mothers funeral and she just give you a look like they are completely checked out and bored. No sympathies, no kind words, nothing. No warmth at all. This is your main source of income and thats how you treat customers who are mourning? Pathetic in my opinion. So like I said before, steer clear of this place."
