"I spent over a 110 on a thanksgiving piece. There were suppose to be 3. Chocolate turkeys and obvious a nice large piece and the gift that arrived was a complete disgrace. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate and want an explanation as why this horrible store got my order when I requested Orland park. See two photos of what these jerks call a $100.00 piece. They dont even deserve one star."

"This place is horrible.. Not Reliable at all I wanted to start our Anniversary off by sending my wife and arrangement. I ordered and it was confirmed at 10:30a.m. I checked the status of my order and it confirmed received by store.. Never progressed after that. So I called the store the employee informed me it was out for delivery, I mentioned closing which was at 1PM . She told me delivery still is in progress after store closing.. So I give it a while and then call customer support because the store is now close.. Customer support confirms my order and says he’s can see that the order will be delivered by 7pm.. Never received my arrangement for my spouse as gift/treat/extension of attention and thought behind what I included in part of what I wanted for her.. This is really bad!"

"My wife’s father recently passed away and I’m out of town on a work contract so the least I can do is send her favorite white chocolate covered pineapples. But things went down hill quick. They were delivered to the wrong address (confirmed because we spoke with the people it was delivered to and it’s a small tight nit community of homeowners). I tried to get a refund from the store but the manager Ray actually didn’t want to take responsibility and lied to me and said he wasn’t the manager and Christina was the manager. Ray LIED to shirk responsibility! I really hope he doesn’t have a family with that type of lack of accountability and deception. Luckily Christina was awesome and helped me get my refund but I will NEVER order from them again. Plenty of black owned sweets creators in the area I will use instead. Listen to the reviews and don’t give them your hard earned money! And to Christina, they don’t deserve you there and I hope you find better quality employment from someone who sees the value you bring to their establishment."

"I should have read these reviews before ordering from this location. I usually order Edible Arrangements for my clients after a closing (I'm a realtor). During the year we probably order about 35-40 arrangements. Because of our volume I receive a coupons for a free arrangement. On my latest arrangement - which was for myself, I used my coupon. Bare in mind these coupons have expiration dates. When the paid arrangement was delivered, my free arrangement was missing. I asked the driver about the additional arrangement. She said that she would inform the store once she got back. I haven't heard a peep from them. I've called several times, and left voicemails - because they never answer the phone. Nor have they returned any of my call. Like I said, this has an expiration of the 26th, and it's currently the 23rd. It's okay though, like I said, I get coupons throughout the year because of the orders we make with Edible Arrangements. That coupon will probably expire because I can't get to one of the locations during the day. I'll never use this location again. Since I order online, I have a copy of my order with the additional free arrangement. I bet after reading this they still won't call me. Just Pathetic."

"Please read the reviews and do yourself a favor DO NOT allow this location to manage your orders. Ray (the manager of this location) is a liar and a scam artist. I called customer service (spoke to Rich) to report what occurred and they deferred back to the store with no reasonable solution in addition to the fact that the store isn't being managed appropriately so where's the stop gap for these adverse events?!. I've spent lots of money with Edible over the years but that ended today. I WILL NOT be purchasing another item from this company ever again and will recommend my loved ones to follow suite and spend their money elsewhere where our business will be appreciated & vauled."
