"I ordered a standard bouquet from their website (same day delivery) and everything worked perfectly. The flowers are even more beautiful than expected! They also add a hand written card (you can choose the text. In my case the text I chose was in German and they still got everything right). The recipient was very happy with the flowers! Even the vase cube is so pretty."

"Very disappointed overall. Requested a celebratory bouquet for a friend who is likely celebrating her final birthday, due to illness. They delivered the most ORDINARY, SMALL bouquet, with a PALE bow. We had $80 to spend, and delivery fee is supposed to be only $7.95 to Skokie. We chose a florist that we could speak to, to be able to emphasize the importance of these celebratory flowers. I wish I had taken my money to the local grocery store for flowers - would have likely done better."

"I was so pleased with my experience at Skokie Florist. The item I ordered on line was unfortunately unavailable when the store opened the next day. I received a voicemail from the florist and when I called back, the person who answered the phone greeted me by name. She explained that they were out of the plant I ordered and she had called all around but couldn't find one but offered an alternative. She described the replacement and even gave me a choice of color. It was sent out the same day. When the plant was delivered and the recipient sent me a picture, I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful, full of color and healthy the alternative plant was. This will definitely be my go to florist in the future. Great, friendly customer service."
