"The delivered the wrong flower arrangement & when we called , they said I would receive a replacement the same day. Nothing came. The next day I received a call from them that they would be picking up the old arrangement ? & I also let them know that one of the flowers I was deathly allergic to & All he could say was sorry. Be there in 2hrs w the correct arrangement. Now I see why they have 1.5 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM 1800 FLOWERS if you live near the 60160 area."

They send the wrong flowers. Or wilted ones. Or just totally take a hundred years to tell you they couldn’t send your SAME DAY DELIVERY!!!!!!!"

"Reading the reviews, I was scared that my order wouldn't come in time for the funeral/the flowers wouldn't be in the best shape but thank God everything is perfect! Delivery guy was very nice, just wish they have updated the website saying they were on their way, but that is completely fine. Just relieved that the flowers came in beautiful condition and it looks like the website picture. If it helps, the card says that the flowers were arranged by Designs by Guzzardo's."

"If I could leave a 0 I would. Not only was my order not completed, but what I got in roses was terrible. Dead and wilting flowers, and getting just 2 of the 3 dozen roses I ordered. Bad representation of the online chat as well. They sign on then off right away with a message saying sorry we missed you call us at... Poor service and poor product, do not order from here."

"I ordered roses from 1800Flowers.Com They were left on my wife's doorstep in 7-degree weather in Wisconsin. When she stumbled across them an hour later they were frozen solid. When they did thaw, it was clear that the quality of the flowers, even before freezing, was poor. The company did offer to resend the flowers, but I opted instead for a refund. (note they would not give me a full refund). Want to impress someone you love? Next time just take the time to deliver the flowers yourself. Half the price, better flowers, 100X more impactful."
