"This birthday arrangement was delivered to my daughter with No Water in the vase, Wilted flowers, and a Very Unattractive selection and arrangement of flowers and greenery. Maybe it tipped over in the delivery truck and the water spilled all out and they jammed the flowers back in haphazardly? Also the card said "Happy Birthday darling daughter???" with the question marks!!! I put a heart in the message that I typed in online - you'd think an actual person would have looked and caught this on the printout. I was so embarrassed that such an awful gift was delivered to her, and she was really wondering what the combination of ugly, dry flowers and the question marks meant! Ugh. Awful."
