"The delivery and experience was awful. The driver didn't show up according to the time they advised the sender. In fact they never came, they called once never left a message, never reached out to the sender. Such protocol needs to be reviewed to be able to achieve customer satisfaction. When i contacted the store they said they were too busy to deliver on Monday, so i decided to pick up. Yet at the pick up, the experience was ruined as well because the order wasn't ready and complete. I had to come back to get the senders notes that meant a lot. Nor did they have a business card to hand out... just awful customer service. It wasn't the same not receiving the arrangement on Mother's Day but on top of that they wanted me to wait until tuesday to get it. Please fix the customer service experience."
"Fruit was fresh and looked great when we received it. Had a small issue with the delivery, which is quite common for us, but the driver called me and I was able to get it resolved. Receiving the arrangement made my day, and I will continue to use Edible Arrangements in the future."
