"If I could I would give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered the celebration cake, mini birthday box, balloon bundle and a simply edible bouquet, plus I paid for same day delivery (grand total $165.76) on Monday Dec. 4th to surprise my Grandson for his 5th birthday. Well they delivered everything except the balloon so I called and I was told that the balloon came off the arrrangement and was still in the back of the delivery truck, so they offered to replace with the 3 balloon bundle but would have to be delivered on Tues, I said ok, but they never delivered the bundle either, so I called and talked to someone name Christie who was rude and said she didn't know who i had talk to but said she could refund the $6 for the missing balloon, it isn't the first time this has been done, I have ordered from them a few times and it seems like something is always missing from my order. I called ccustomer service and sot me how they put me back in touch with Christie at the store and she started telling me she couldn't do anything in 5 miniutes, but then starts saying she was approved to refund the delivery fee + the balloon that I had requested."

"I ordered a fruit basket from here for the first time for Mother’s Day and am safe to say I was beyond pleased! I had some confusion ordering online the day before but a woman who attended the phone helped every step of the way. The fruit was very fresh and delicious, will be returning again!"

"My dad sent me an arrangement to celebrate the anniversary of the day he adopted me. The bouquet itself looked beautiful, and I couldn't wait to dive into it. The first couple tasted great, but then I bit into a chocolate covered strawberry and it was squishy and had an odd taste. Upon closer inspection, several of the strawberries had mold on them and some of the pineapple was going bad (I took pics of a couple of the strawberries and one of the pineapples). I'm allergic to mold so the whole thing is going in the trash, even the good looking ones because they'll be covered in spores from the bad ones. I'm really surprised by the poor quality. I've given and received many arrangements and they're always perfect, but someone dropped the ball on this one. It was a big disappointment, especially on such an important occasion."
