"Tried to call and ask if certain trails were open was told the only way to know is for people to go and see. They don't keep track of which trails are open and which are closed. Seems pretty back asswards if you ask me."

"I signed my son up for the snowplow class which I thought was for children who had never skated before. He is 5 years old and has special needs. The younger instructor with curly hair seemed to not have a lot of patience for my son. That was from the beginning when they were teaching them to sit on the floor and fall. Then it proceeded when he had to enter the ice. He was scared and did not want to enter but finally did enter. I guess he was not quick enough as she then told us that his behavior is unacceptable and basically kicked him out of the class. This was his first class. She also said he was making loud noises however he was not screaming as she insinuated. He was only scared. The whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Especially since this was something that I thought he might be able to do and would like. I think a little more patience and tolerance could have been shown. Or maybe something he can lean on to learn to skate for someone with a disability. Just an idea. Get Outlook for Android"
