"I agree with Amanda. My 84 year old mother had a beautiful fence put in but here's the issue, between the time she had them come to measure and draw up the contract, in June, and the time they put in the fence, August, one of her neighbors put up a private fence, eliminating 80 feet of fence. When the job was done I called and left a message asking for a revised bill and any questions to please call me. Brian went to my mother's home demanding payment in full. I called and left a message again that the bill will be paid when we get the revised bill and to call me with questions and don't harras my 84 year old mother. Brian sent a text saying to never call and belittle him again. Brian, I didn't belittle you, I berated you. So 2 weeks later she gets the revised bill and it's over 1100.00 over estimate, remember, they didn't put in the 80 feet of fence, that was adjusted off with this bill. Seriously? When I called and tried to talk to Tracy would is the office person it took 3 minutes of rambling on her part before I interrupted her to ask if she could just answer my question with a straight answer. I guess the answer was no because she just kept rambling with not much to say. I told her I had to leave for work and when she got the answer from Brian to give me a call and hung up. I don't think she heard because she was still yammering as I hung up. I will let you know what happens."
