"I’ve never been comfortable boarding my cat Mae, but she stayed at Meeow over the holidays and it was a truly wonderful experience! I loved getting to check on her with the webcam, and I was so happy she had plenty of space and climbing spots to explore and hide. Jennifer was so kind and provided amazing customer service! "My cat stayed at Meeow Chicago twice and the experience was outstanding both times, I will chose this place again without a doubt. The rooms are very nice and clean, equipped with cat trees, shelves, ladders and comfy beds, also there are cameras in the suits so I could watch my cat every day. The service is above and beyond, I got regular texts and pictures with updates. The stuff is very caring and understanding, and I know that they provided the best care for my cat even though he’s not a social creature at all. I would definitely recommend this place."
"I used to board my cats at the city location of Meeow Chicago. When I moved to the burbs, I continued to drive into the city to board the dudes. Just like other folks - Meeow Chicago is the ONLY place I'll board my cats. I was so excited to hear a location was open in the burbs because I looked high and low for a good boarding spot and came up way short (most places are truly appalling). It's still a bit of a haul for me, but I'll gladly go out of my way to make sure Rupert (his brother passed last winter) gets the best care possible and Meeow Chicago is the place to be. The suites are cute, clean and with lots of things to keep him occupied. The staff takes great care - I love seeing the Insta photos every day. Meeow Chicago always gives me the peace of mind that my cat is well taken care of."
