"This place is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is abysmal! It is so beyond terrible—don't bother trying to reach them by phone because they won't pick up, and don't waste your time with emails because they won't bother responding. I shelled out over $200, and the flowers I paid for never reached their intended recipient. It's an absolute disgrace. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this utterly incompetent and unresponsive establishment at all costs!"

"I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on the 24th for a funeral service. They said the arrangement was delivered and it was not!!! I have tried to contact them through email and on their business phone the last two days. The mailbox is full and no one is responding to my emails. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Horrible experience, very sad."

"Very dissatisfied! The plant we ordered and what we received are two different plants. (the granddaughter of the deceased said she can bring it back to life) The Plant we received looks like its dying. It was very embarrassing to see that at the funeral home. For 85.00 that is ridiculous! Tried to call the florist, it goes to voicemail, the voicemail is full. Tried to upload pictures but that is not working. I will be doing reviews on social media and bbb."

"Was highly disappointed. Ordered arrangement for a birthday gift to an office 2 days in advance and the day they were suppose to be delivered they didn't arrive until almost office hours where over. Which was a regular work day 900 to 500. They didn't show up till 430, 445ish. Just ridiculous, especially since the flower shop was less than 15 minutes away from delivery spot. Never again, especially what I was charged for delivery fee!!"
